Prevent fraud by validating orders with less value

This article helps you to validate orders that have less value to prevent fraudulent and minimize chargeback rates. With this feature, you can automatically flag or block suspicious orders with values below a specific threshold, helping to safeguard your business from chargebacks and losses.
Reduce fraud risks: Automatically identify and block orders with unusually low values that may be part of fraud schemes.
Minimize chargebacks: By preventing fraudulent transactions upfront, you reduce the risk of chargebacks and related fees.
Maintain order quality: Ensure that only legitimate orders with reasonable values are processed, leading to better resource allocation.
Improve operational efficiency: Save time and effort by filtering out low-value fraudulent orders before they enter the fulfillment process.
Navigate to the Use case tab
Select Validate minimum order limit for new customers case
Enter the minimum order value that you want to validate/ prevent checkout (for example: validate order less than $5 -> All orders have value less than $5 can not complete checkout)
Customize the Error message to notify the customers who trying to complete the order
(Message example: For security reasons, orders below $20 cannot be processed. Please adjust your order total.)
Select the Position to display the Error message then Save the rule.
